                           Fish Stick wraps 

 Fish Stick Wraps Ingredients.

1 small Onion,
finely diced,410 g cream of mushroom soup.
1 table spoon sweet chili sauce,
140 g light sour cream,
1/2 cup light cheese,grated
6 flour tortillas
12 frozen fish.
1/4 cup x light cheese

Direction....
Preheat oven to 180 C
In a bowl combine onion.soup,chili sauce.sour cream,
And 1/2 cup graded cheese.
place three fish fingers down the center of each tortilla,
and spoon over about 2 tbsp sauce to cover fish fingers.
carefully roll up tortillas and place seam side,down in a single,
layer in a baking dish.
spoon over reminding sauce and sprinkle with extra graded cheese.
bake for 15 to 20 minutes,until sauce and tortillas golden.







                                  Autumn Receipts



                                  Prepare Pumpkin puree for pumpkin pie.

Get your pumpkin ,i usually get a medium for my pie,but it depends on how much you need.

Prepare the pumpkin cooking,,,,

wash the pumpkin in cool or warm water.

Cut the pumpkin in half,take of the seeds ,the best way,you can,with a fruit knife,i also use a spoon.works well also.to scoop out the seeds,and scrape the insides.You want to get,out that string that coats the inside surface...

SAVE  THE SEEDS,

The seeds can be used either to plant pumpkins next year or roasted to eat this year.spread them out on a clean towel,or paper towel,to dry and they re ready to save for next years,
planting.




               Cooking the pumpkin 

There are several ways to cook the pumpkin,but i desire to only cook the old fashion way,on the stove top.cook your pumpkin about 15 to 20 minutes,until soft,scoop out the cooked pumpkin,it is easy to scoop out with a tablespoon,to gently lift and scoop,the cooked pumpkin out of the skin,it should separate easily,if the pumpkin is cooked enough.
let it sit for 30 minutes.and then pour off any free water,that will help prevent your pie from being watery.

I make my own pumpkin pie from the scratch,all the time,i think it taste the best with real home made pie...

To puree the pumpkin,to get a nice,smooth puree,i use a hand mixer or hand blender,with the hand blender it just takes 5 minutes. The pumpkin is now cooked and ready for the pie receipt...

DELICIOUS AUTUMN PUMPKIN PIE WITH CRUST



                    CRUST....

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup vegetable,shortening

2 tablespoons cold water..

DIRECTIONS

Combine flour and salt in medium bowl,cut in vegetable shortening with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly,sprinkle with water,blend until mixture holds together.

shape dough into ball..place on lightly floured surface,Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness.Line pie plate with pastry.Turn edge under..crimp as desire..To make two crusts,double all ingredients,follow procedure above and divide dough in half...

Add 1 additional tablespoon water as needed.
Roll it out to an even thickness.and just an inch or two wider than your pie pan.
Put in the pie pan and shape,
don't worry if its break,you can easily fix that.

Press the dough into pan,seal any broken areas,and shape the top edge in any way you desire.
Its now time for you to add the pie ingredients..


   

Ingredients..

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
Pumpkin meat
i cup whole tick milk or wipe cream

DIRECTIONS

Mix sugar,cinnamon,salt,ginger and cloves in small bowl,Beat eggs in large bowl,stir in pumpkin and sugar ..spice mixture.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
pour into dough crust
Bake in preheat 325 F for 15 minutes.Reduce temperature to 350 F,
bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until stick or knife inserted near enter comes out clean..Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
serve immediate or refrigerate.serve with whipped cream or ice cream and with tea or coffee ENJOY....

                          Super delicious filled Avocado 




                                                  Receipt for filled Avocados

What you need for 4 people

Fill
50 g scrimps for half a avocado
Roquefort cheese as much as you desire the cheese its very strong,so don't use to much of it.
1 box of crab meat or fresh crab meat in the don't
1 celery
1 apple
about a cup of Mayo.
lemon either whole lemon or liquid
cayenne pepper

If you desire to make your own France dressing you need.


About 3 TB oil
1 TB Edik
salt,pepper..

If you rather buy dressing i will recommend creme Roche.

Separate the avocado,remove the seed with a spoon or carefully use a fruit knife.
then use lemon juice over avocado to prevent getting dark
then fill both the avocados with shrimps poor some dressing carefully over the shrimps or you can also dip the scrimp before filling them in avocado with some dressing..

Then mix the crab meat with fine chopped celery and fine chopped apple pieces,mix in Mayo an use the cayenne,salt and pepper as desire.,then put the mixture with scrimp in the avocados,you can then also sprinkle some Roquefort cheeses on top.
Also serve with french bread with Roquefort cheese on the side,
with a good wine this little meal its perfect easy and healthy ENJOY!

Awesome Pan Pepperoni Pizza


Plan a Pizza night with your friends and family offer different toppings.like sliced veggie,ham,meatballs,bacon,sausages and different cheeses,i love cheddar,mozzarella and Jarlsberg,mix these cheeses together its so delicious.you can also make a plain cheese pizza with mixed cheese or even a seafood pizza,the best thing i love its scrimps and crab with spinach,and use then the cheese of your choose,mix in mushrooms and put some tasty season like,Oregano,garlic or onion powder,with pepper.I love red pepper.So there its so many good homemade pizzas,you can make,but this time i will give you the receipt to mixed cheese pepperoni pizza,homemade from scratch,As you can see from the picture i used plenty of cheddar cheese.




INGREDIENTS
serve 5

2,5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp.salt
1 package 1/4 oz dry yeast
1 tbsp plus 2 tsp,olive oil
3/4 cup Pizza sauce
12 oz cheese mix
1 3/4 oz pepperoni slices
about 25 slices
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp black pepper.

EASY STEP BY STEP

Preheat oven to 400 F,lightly grease a 12 inch baking sheet..put the flour and salt into a large bowl,stir in the yeast,make a well at the center/
and add olive oil and 1 cup lukewarm, water,mix until a soft dough forms,turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 5 min

Roll out dough and press into prepared baking sheet,cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes,at room temperature,then bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top.leaving a 3,4 inch border.
Arrange the cheese on top and then the pepperoni.
Sprinkle with oregano and pepper,drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden 15 to 20 minutes.

Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife,slice the pizza into a square slices serve hot.





Serving Suggestions
Cheesy bread sticks and garden salad,
ice cream sundaes,provides a sweet ending.

                           Delicious Apple Pie                             



Autumn Apple pie!

For your pastry you need.

Two cups of butter
Two cups of all purpose flour
half a cup of icing sugar
1 tea spoon Baking powder
1 egg

however if you want your pastry to be more strong for your filling make a double receipt,
i did!

Filling..

4 to 5 apples,cut them any way you like.
then you need 5 table spoons apple jello.
vanilla cream.use the one you need to mix yourself,add 2 cups warm milk,mix in vanilla powder.
..

Start with making the vanilla filling,so it can cool down.
then prepare your baking pan use any small pan round or square.
inside the pan cover the bottom with baking sheet.
an geese on the walls with butter or oil.


Then mix the butter in small conks,pieces in the flour.
then add baking powder and the icing sugar.
mix in the egg,
don't work to hard on the pastry,just mic quick together.

part 2/3 of the pastry,cover your baking pan an move it up against the edges.
put your apple pieces in.spread the apple jello between the apple pieces.
spread then the vanilla filling over everything..
i used to much in mine but use as much or as little as you like.
the rest of your pastry roll out in finger length.
then cover the top of your pie to seal it with stripes.

preheat to 375 degree Fahrenheit.around 200/230 c.
it depends on your stove if your using el or gas.
for about 40 to 50 min.
if its get to brown easy cover the top with baking sheet.
keep your pie at the lowest rack in the stove.

serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream.

Salmon Mix Cheese Spinach Pizza


Prep: 10 min, Cook: 20 min.
1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce
4 small baked cheese pizza crusts
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
1/4 lb. salmon, cut into pieces or more as you desire
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. capers, drained
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 cup mixed cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
use spices of your wishes,salt,pepper even onion and garlic
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread sauce evenly over cheese crusts and place on oven tray.
Divide next 4 ingredients over pizzas. Sprinkle each with dill and top with cheese mix
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with sour cream.





Delicious Chocolate Fudge





Easy made delicious fudge.
i would double the receipt if for a family of 6
Ingredients:
4 cup sugar
2 dl whipping cream
200 g chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
Fudge is easy to make - just watch the thermometer. And it will turn out to be a very good an

procedure:
Place sugar and cream in a heavy saucepan bound.
Use a thermometer - Heat it up to 115 degrees. Remove the plate. Wait until the mixture has cooled to about 40-55 degrees.
Break up the chocolate and put it in with the butter. Stir it into a smooth mixture.
pour then the mixture into a greased, square container. Let it cool down - preferably in the refrigerator.

                                          Apple Jam Recipe



Apple Jam its my favorite its so good either on fresh baked bread or on waffles its so delicious.

To make apple jam you need

1kg Apples

1 1/2 Dl Water

3 Dl sugar
but if you use jam powder you will not need much sugar.add as desire.

cut the apples in two and remove the seeds house,if you don't like the skin you can remove with peeler.
then put in Casserole into the water. boil until tender then take the Casserole with
apples away from the stove.

use a food processor or just a spoon to smash up the soft apples.
Take the Jam back into the casserole,put in the jam powder or sugar and mix well then let it boil for another 5 to 7 minutes.


Then put the jam warm into jam glasses with sealed lock,fill it up and turn up side down until its cooled down then put into the refrigerator if you desire to freeze just put the jam into the freezer containers and store until needed.ENJOY!
